It returned in June 2026 with a lower price and a fresh set of listing photographs.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"5\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>Chris Evans\u2019 Los Angeles home is under contingent offer<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>According to Realtor.com, the property is now under a contingent offer, indicating that Evans has accepted an offer and the sale is progressing toward closing. The exact amount offered by the prospective buyer has not been disclosed.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"10\"\/>Evans purchased the 1940s-era residence in 2013 for $3.52 million and has owned it for more than a decade.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"12\"\/>The Hollywood Hills property was listed with Scott Moore of Christie&#8217;s International Real Estate Southern California.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"14\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>Why Chris Evans is leaving Los Angeles<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>The Massachusetts-born actor previously explained that he decided to sell the property as he plans to spend more time on the East Coast with his wife, Alba Baptista, and their daughter, Alma.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"18\"\/>\u201cThe West Coast is beautiful, and I\u2019ve spent more than a decade in this home enjoying Los Angeles,\u201d Evans told Realtor.com. \u201cBut I\u2019ve decided to spend more time on the East Coast.
