However, it dropped the charge of criminal conspiracy against him.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"4\"\/>According to ANI, the court also convicted Nazim, Kashim, Anas and Javed for murder, kidnapping, promoting enmity and rioting in connection with the case.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"6\"\/>The court acquitted six other accused.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"8\"\/>Ankit Sharma, an Intelligence Bureau official, was killed during the communal violence that erupted in North East Delhi in February 2020.
