Joel Yanovich, Senior Attorney at Ganey Law Group, said adjudicators are demanding an \u201cunreasonably high bar,\u201d despite no change in law. \u201cThe spike in denials is not due to a drop in the calibre of applicants,\u201d he noted.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"16\"\/>Boundless CEO Xiao Wang added that meeting three of the ten USCIS criteria is no longer sufficient. Strong evidence in categories such as leading roles in distinguished organizations and commanding high salaries is now considered baseline, with one additional high\u2011quality criterion required.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"19\"\/><\/p>\n<p><h2>Alternatives and shifts<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n<p>With EB\u20112 and EB\u20113 backlogs stretching up to 15 years, Indian nationals are exploring alternatives:<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"22\"\/>* EB\u20111C: Working abroad for a year as a manager\/executive.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"24\"\/>* EB\u20115: Investment\u2011based route, seeing a surge in Indian applicants.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"26\"\/>* Relocation to Canada or the UK, where talent visas are more accessible.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"28\"\/>Immigration attorney Rajiv Khanna said adjudications have become \u201cextremely difficult,\u201d despite courts questioning the methodology.
