and &#8220;derogatory&#8221; language against the Home Minister during the debate on the Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"8\"\/>Jaiswal, who is also the BJP&#8217;s chief whip in the Lok Sabha, shared copies of the communication sent to Rahul Gandhi and his own complaint against the Leader of the Opposition.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"12\"\/>In his July 29 complaint to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Jaiswal sought action against Rahul Gandhi under the Rules of Procedure, alleging that the Congress leader&#8217;s remarks against Amit Shah were unparliamentary.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"14\"\/>A day later, Anurag Thakur submitted a separate complaint, accusing Rahul Gandhi of using &#8220;unparliamentary and derogatory language&#8221;
