outside a temple in Kapurthala emerged on social media, police booked the accused for assaulting and attempting to outrage her modesty.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"2\"\/>Accused Pawan Sharma runs a shop opposite the temple selling articles offered at the temple.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"4\"\/>According to the FIR registered at Kapurthala City police station, the incident took place outside Mata Bhadrakali temple around 5.27 pm on Aug 9.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"7\"\/>The accused could be seen entering into an altercation with the woman, sitting just outside the gate of the temple, then assaulting her with his slipper, and even as some people intervened, he kicked her.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"12\"\/>Kapurthala DSP Shital Singh said that they were looking for the accused and the woman beggar also went missing after the incident.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"14\"\/>&#8220;We are trying to trace her and have asked the temple committee for help to find her,&#8221; he said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"16\"\/>Police registered the case under sections 74 and 115 (2) of
