Rescue teams and the local administration were closely monitoring the situation and coordinating the evacuation efforts, officials said.<span class=\"id-r-component br\" data-pos=\"15\"\/>The administration was also gathering detailed information about the incident, including the number of workers who were inside the tunnel when the water entered.<span class=\"id-r-component br\"
