KURUKSHETRA: A 25-year-old youth from Kurukshetra was allegedly stabbed to death in Frankfurt, Germany, leaving his family scrambling to bring his body back to India. The motive for the killing and details of the three persons allegedly involved were yet to emerge.Vishu Sharma, a resident of Mahadev Mohalla, had gone to Portugal in Nov 2022 after his family spent around Rs 20 lakh and sold a plot to finance his move abroad. About a year later, he shifted to France, where he underwent six months of military training and served in the French Army for around a year.After leaving the French Army, Vishu moved to Germany and began working in the delivery sector. His father, Neeraj Sharma, said Vishu had formed a team of delivery workers who worked under his supervision.Neeraj said he spoke to Vishu on Monday and the conversation was normal. Vishu then left for work. The family did not hear from him on Tuesday and learnt of his death on Wednesday morning.The family is now completing formalities to bring Vishu\u2019s remains back to India and awaiting details about the circumstances of the killing, its motive and the identities and status of the three persons reportedly linked to the incident.Vishu\u2019s death has left the family devastated. His sister had been looking forward to Raksha Bandhan<\/a> and, according to the family, Vishu had promised to gift her a ring.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
