The film collected Rs 65 lakhs in India on its third Tuesday, according to Sacnilk. This marks a 13.3% drop compared with the Rs 75 lakhs it earned on Day 19.<\/p>\n The Tamil political drama brought in an India net collection of Rs 65 lakhs from 1,990 shows on Tuesday. Its total India net collection has now reached Rs 193.70 Cr. The film’s cumulative India gross collection stands at Rs 225.63 Cr.The film has accumulated Rs 93.20 Cr in overseas gross collections. This takes its worldwide gross collection to Rs 318.83 Cr.<\/p>\n The Tamil version of ‘Jana Nayagan’ recorded an overall occupancy of 15.46% across its 2D shows on Day 20. Morning shows registered 11.08% occupancy. Afternoon shows recorded 15.46%. Evening and night shows registered 13.54% and 14.15%, respectively.The Hindi version recorded an overall occupancy of 14.96%. Its morning shows had 4% occupancy, while the afternoon shows recorded 9%. Evening occupancy stood at 6.45%. Night shows performed better, registering 16.55% occupancy.The Tamil version contributed Rs 55 lakhs to the day’s India net collection. Karnataka contributed Rs 3 lakhs, while Kerala added Rs 1 lakh.The rest of India accounted for Rs 10 lakhs in gross collections. The reported state-wise gross total for the day stood at Rs 74 lakhs.<\/p>\n ‘Jana Nayagan’ entered its third week after collecting Rs 153.55 Cr during its opening week in India. The film added another Rs 31.60 Cr during its second week.On Day 19, the film collected Rs 75 lakhs. Its Day 20 earnings slipped to Rs 65 lakhs. Despite the weekday decline, the film has continued to maintain a presence at the box office, with nearly Rs 194 Cr in India net collections.The film’s worldwide total has also remained above the Rs 318 Cr mark, helped by its overseas performance.
